| 1. What are your Office Hours? Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-5:30p.m. Saturday Seasonal & By Appointment 2. What Amenities do you have? We have Large Waterfall Pool (24 hr access) Kiddie Pool 2 Clubhouses Also: Laundry Facility (24hr Access) Fitness Center (24 hr access) Cedar Sauna (24 hr access) Locker Rooms (Ladies & Gentlemen- 24 hr access) Tanning Salons (24 hr access) Hot Tub (24 hr access) Tennis Court Basketball Court Car Wash Facility Picnic & Grill Areas 3. What is your Application Fee? Traditionally our Application Fee is $45.00. We do run Specials from time to time, so always ask about our Specials! 4. What is a Holding Fee exactly? Our apartments rent quickly, so if you find a particular apartment you want, the only way to ensure it will be yours is to pay a holding fee. This holding fee is non-refundable if you change your mind. When you move in, we can transfer this fee to your security deposit so you don’t have to pay another fee. As long as you clean your apartment and there aren’t any damages other than normal wear and tear, your security deposit will be refunded. 5. What is your Security Deposit? Our Security Deposit is based on approved credit. The Security Deposit is traditionally $200.00. If you are employed by a company on our Preferred Employer Program, the Security Deposit is only $125.00. 6. Who are your Preferred Employers? All Branches of Military service Local School Systems 7. Electric or Gas? All of our apartments are totally Electric. 8. Is Water Included? Water is included in all of our apartments, Except in our new Phase IV Garden Villa Apartment Homes. 9. What about Pest Control? Pest Control and Sanitation are Included in All of our apartment homes. 10. Are there Washer/Dryer hookups in the apartments? Every apartment home at The Grand Reserve has a laundry room with built-in washer/dryer connections. We also have a 24 hour community laundry room with scan card entry if you ever need it. 11. Are Dishwashers provided? Our apartments have built-in microwaves, stoves, dishwashers,disposals, and refrigerators with ice-makers. 12. Do you accept Pets? Yes, we accept pets. Dogs and cats are allowed. Please call for restrictions. 13.What is your Pet Deposit? Our pet deposit ranges depending on the size of your pet. Please call for more details. 14.What is your monthly Pet Rent? Our monthly pet rent is only $15.00. 15. Can I have a Grill? Sure, but please only use it 25ft away from the building (According to the City Fire Ordinance) 16. What about Parking? We have plenty of parking, but parking is first-come, first-serve. All resident have parking passes and should ask their guests to park a little away from the building instead of right out front. Any other questions just ask! We'll be happy to help! |
